Hamilton Township is now home to a new culinary gem: Rani Indian Restaurant, Lounge & Bar. Its grand opening was on April 26.

Guests can immerse themselves in a dining experience where the ambiance mirrors the grandeur of Indian palaces, and each bite tells the tale of centuries-old recipes passed down through noble generations.

Located in the Foxmoor Shopping Centre, Rani promises a dining journey like none other. From the vibrant spices of the North to the coastal delicacies of the South, Rani's menu celebrates the breadth and depth of Indian culinary traditions.

"We are thrilled to introduce the community to the grandeur and sophistication of Rani," said co-owner Kinari Pachani. "We aim to provide an elevated dining experience where guests can immerse themselves in the rich heritage of Indian cuisine, surrounded by an ambiance reminiscent of royal palaces."

The other co-owner is Valen Nunes.

At Rani, the menu was meticulously crafted by world-renowned celebrity Chef Nishant Choubey winner of the Iron Chef Challenge 2018 in Bangkok, and a gold medal at Aahar. Chef Nishant has worked as a consulting chef for Michelin Plated Indus in Bangkok, a chef's partner for Sattvik New Delhi, a corporate chef for Seinan Group in Tokyo, and a consulting chef for Mesa Kitchen and Bar. He is also the co-founder of Street Storyss Bangalore — a vegetarian craft kitchen.

From the carefully crafted cocktails and exciting menu to the attentive service, guests can expect nothing short of a regal experience. Whether it's a romantic dinner for two, a family dinner, or a gathering of friends in the lounge, Rani provides the perfect setting for any occasion.
